We offer three Service Plans:
UDI Hub Essential, UDI Hub Professional, and UDI Hub Enterprise. Each Service Plan is designed to cater to different organizational needs and scales. Choose the one that best fits your requirements.
Yes! UDI Hub is designed to scale with your business. In our Customer Portal you can upgrade from Essential to Professional or Enterprise at any time and upgrade the number of UDI DIs or UDI Markets.
Yes, UDI Hub offers flexible service terms. At the end of each subscription cycle, Customers may request a downgrade within a Service Plan or to a lower Service Plan - by providing at least 30 days' written notice prior to the renewal date.
Upgrading your Service Plan is simple. Just log into your account, navigate to the billing section, and select the plan you wish to upgrade to. Follow the steps to complete your upgrade.
We currently offer annual billing only (one invoice per year).
If you exceed the UDI record limit, you can purchase additional capacity or upgrade to a higher Service Plan.
UDI Hub continuously updates its validation rules and submission workflows to comply with the latest regulatory changes (e.g., EUDAMED deadlines, FDA updates). You’ll always be aligned with current standards.
